Name: Inuzuka Moudouken
Age: 27
Birthday: June 11
Gender: Male
Village: Boketsugakure
Height: 191.2cm
Weight: 67.5kg
Hair/ Eyes: Thick black hair reaching down to his waist with an intricate braid of Jikimaru’s former fur laced to his own that dangles at his left cheek / Cold dark brown eyes that seem coal black in near-darkness
Appearance: Moudouken wears the Kage robes that signify him as the Sorakage. He bears the distinctive marks of the Inuzuka clan on his cheeks, and wears a myriad of black clothing, including a leather jacket with the Uchiha insignia broken in half on the back beneath the robes
Special Item: Jikimaru (Nin-ken puppet)
Rank: Sorakage
Yen: 5000
Chakra: 7000
History: Born and raised among the Inuzuka people, Moudouken was always the literal lone wolf. He participated in the Chunin exams like any other Genin would and proved to be quite remarkable in terms of Chakra control and usage. However, during the month before the final stage of the exams, Moudouken was ordered by his sensei to accompany him to Sunagakure for training.
Inuzuka followed his sensei’s wishes, taking his nin-ken Jikimaru with him as always. His sensei, Uchiha Aki, had led both Moudouken and Jikimaru into a trap, where they were confronted by both a Suna-nin puppeteer and Aki himself. The fight thereafter was brutal, killing both Jikimaru and Uchiha. The puppeteer, impressed with Inuzuka’s Chakra control, decided instead to train him in the ways of ninja puppetry to prepare him for the final of the Chunin exams. Moudouken’s first task: to fashion a puppet out of his closest friend’s body.
During the weeks that followed, Moudouken mastered his puppetry, and even surprised himself when the Jikimaru puppet retained all of its former ability to perform the combined jutsus they had mastered under Uchiha. Jikimaru remained a soulless being, and Moudouken a grizzled Genin. At the burial of his sensei, the Suna-nin puppet master bestowed upon Inuzuka a leather jacket with his sensei’s insignia, which appeared as if it were cracked, stitched to the back.
Moudouken returned, much different than his teammates had known him, and completed the transition into a Chunin by sheer power alone. Highly concerned with his performance and knowledge of new techniques, the Hokage along with the rest of the Konoha-nin feared that it was all too clear who had killed Aki, and even more so, concerned with where he learned ninja puppetry. Before the hunter-nin could capture him, Moudouken fled far outside the Hidden Leaf Village and began roaming the numerous countries as a labeled missing-nin.
Months turned to years, and the hunter-nin had given up their search for Inuzuka, believing that he died in the wilderness or was captured and killed by some other shinobi nation. They were wrong. During his years of persecuted exile, Moudouken continued to hone his abilities with the help of his nin-ken puppet and the continued training under the Suna-nin puppet master. Once his training was complete, the Sunagakure shinobi bestowed upon Inuzuka the title of Jounin, revealing himself to be a Tokubetsu Jounin. Though he was unaffiliated with any village himself, Inuzuka was given a map to a secure and secluded location.
Deep in a massive valley, obscured by trees and snow-capped mountain peaks, Moudouken began to build his own village with the help of other shinobi he encountered in his years of travel. Many set out to find more missing-nin to give them a place to stay, free from the persecution of their own nations. This angered the Kages who believed Inuzuka did this to spite them. Years continued to pass, and Inuzuka proclaimed his village the “Village Hidden Among Graves” to represent the former lives that were now either dead to the new people or the deaths they had witnessed as a result of remaining in their old villages.
Reluctantly, the other Kage recognize Moudouken as a Kage as well, only because of his demonstrated power and great influence over his people.
Quote: “*sniff sniff* I can smell your fear. That’s good. Jikimaru can smell it too. That’s bad.”
Hobbies: Ruling over Boketsugakure, tinkering with his puppets, studying scrolls
Description: Moudouken comes off as a sadistic being, though he rules a peaceful village. His turning of his nin-ken companion into a puppet shocks and scares most of those whom it is revealed to, but he cares not for their opinions on the matter itself. His decisions are quick and final, and his mind is rarely swayed by the opinions of others, no matter how sound they may seem.
